Do I need a referral?



No. You don't.  We are fully qualified and registered oral health provider.  However we will work with other health professionals should the circumstance require.  If you hold any referrals from your dentist, we will be very happy to work in a collaborative way in the best interest of your oral health.

How much will the health fund pay for my treatment?



Your Health Fund will pay a percentage of your treatment depending on the level of your cover.  However we always endevour to cut down our patients out-of-pocket expenses by various ways. Eg. We give our senior patients up to 15% discount of their out-of-pocket expenses.  We also credit back our patients' repair fees of their existing dentures towards their new dentures' out-of-pocket expenses. We are always very happy to discuss with you about the fees either face-to-face or over the phone.

Which is better, fixed dentures (crown and bridge) or removable dentures?



It really depends on your individual circumstance, there is no definite answer.  We always try to be objective and see what  the best option is there for our patients.  That is why we pride ourselves in providing free consultation to any treatments that you may have in your mind.  So please ring us for an appointment with free consultation.

Where are my dentures made from?



As more and more people start to question where their dental appliances are made from,  we can absolutely assure our patients that although given the toughness of our current economic situation, we still put our patients into first by having all our products made only from our local laboratories.  Besides, around about 80% of our products have been made by our own onsite laboratory and the rest being through our contracted local laboratory. So we are proud to be Australian Owned and Australian Made.
